Has a ten year warranty but would take you 10 years to get a replacement, still waiting they can't break up a set to get a pan.they don't have any replacement pans

It is next to impossible to reach customer service, their website tells you to email a message using a widget at the bottom of their page, but there is none! No phone numbers... The boxes didn't have any warranty info, just care and a coupon to scan for your nest order which has a code that has been removed, no packing list either. Upon checking my orders they state None! The lid on the big pot doesn't fit at all! While I haven't used the pans yet, I'm very sorry I ordered online, if you want it buy it from a store to avoid this mess, then you can return it free.

I filed a claim then the company reached out for me to first go through the process of maintenancing the pan. I did and it didn't work so I had to file another claim. It's been weeks and now they ghosted me after reaching out several times. Do not buy from a company who doesn't honor their warranty.

I've spoken to a female on the phone a while ago. They've sent me a letter and a email because I put a stop payment on my card.

They have my phone number, since the lady "hung up on me " they can call me back when they're either ready to send me the rest of this set or a postage paid return label for a refund. I don't trust them at all.

I haven't received the cookie sheet I was promised to get replaced. Also, I'm wondering why I'm looking at the exact same set I ordered, same price and everything. This set has a deep fryer with the basket. I don't have that, same price, it looks like the same set.

They advertise one thing, your delivery is missing portions. Then they think they can bully you into paying for a partial set. No postage paid return, they think you should take that burden.

I’ve had to learn the hard way anything that’s advertised on Facebook is a scam. I’ve ordered a couple of things I never got.

I had to go to the bank and get my money back their crooks and Facebook. Let them get away with it.

I guess they pay big money to Facebook to put their garbage on there. But just a little warning please don’t order stuff from Facebook you’re either not gonna get good stuff or you’re not gonna get it at all and there’s nobody to call to straighten out the mess.

Worst customer service ever

I called for a refund and did not receive the full amount I was charged. I called again and this man was very rude and condescending. He started raising his voice and arguing with me because he wasn't able to explain or give me a reason for the problem. Both times I've called they don't know how to be professional. Never buying from this company ever...won't recommend to my worst enemy. They are wasting their money on advertising because their customer service bucks D

ON 12INCH FRYING PAN IN THE 20 PICE SET10 8inch is way to small you have buy a set with 12inch pan with no frying pan and basket only knife set or buy separate I hope they change sets to include the 12inch frying pan would like to try the new pans good luck merry Christmas

Unhappy with Granitestone's products.

My cookie sheet is already chiped and peeling after just one use. I contacted customer service and they said they will replace it back in January. Here it is now in February and still no cookie sheet. As far as customer service goes, we'll, let's just say it's a waste of time contacting them. I will never buy anything from Granitestone again nor will I recommend them!

Teflon coating

Granite stone advertised an electric mixer can be used with their cookware to mix food. Not true. I used a mixer to make mashed potatoes and the Teflon coating came off. Didn't notice until the pot was cleaned, which means we ingested the Teflon. Granite stone cookware should be recalled based on this.

Pan rivet blew up

i was using the small frying pan from the set when heating up some tortilla's one of the rivets holding the handle on made a very loud bang noise. looked down and seen the rivet hanging by a thread. i have a picture as well if needed for proof.

Horrible product

I ordered an 8" and a 10" pan on the same invoice. They were shipped separately.

The 10" pan was sent by FedEx. The 8" pan was shipped by UPS, but delivered by USPS.

When the 10" pan arrived the first thing I cooked after seasoning the pan as suggested was fried eggs. They stuck so bad I couldn't flip them.

I contacted GraniteStone customer service. I was told they would send out a replacement pan.

They never did. They also stated they had no record of my ordering the 8" pan. I told them I had a UPS tracking number. They told me they don't ship by UPS, so I couldn't have purchased the pan from them.

I told them both pans were ordered at the same time and were both on the same invoice. They insisted that couldn't be.

I filled out a warranty claim including photos of the stuck on eggs, my order number and my information. Their response was a link to their warranty claim form stating I needed to provide my order number, images of the issue and my personal information. At the bottom of that e-mail the two images I included in the first form were attached.

After that I received a notice stating that they hadn't heard back from me providing the information they had requested, so the claim would be considered satisfied and closed in 48 hours.

I responded and restated my claim. They have not responded.

I found a refund request form on their website, which I filled out. I haven't gotten a response.

I contacted them through their FaceBook page. I haven't received a response.

I still have not received my order. I called and filed a complaint three weeks ago. They said the remaining of my cookware would be here still have not received it.

Call and talk to customer service and filled out a complaint reply did not receive all of my cookware. They said they were going to make the order correct and send it thats been over three weeks ago I have still not received.
