Has a ten year warranty but would take you 10 years to get a replacement, still waiting they can't break up a set to get a pan.they don't have any replacement pans

I've spoken to a female on the phone a while ago. They've sent me a letter and a email because I put a stop payment on my card.
They have my phone number, since the lady "hung up on me " they can call me back when they're either ready to send me the rest of this set or a postage paid return label for a refund. I don't trust them at all.

Preferred solution: I'd like for you to send the cookie sheet I was promised and a deep fryer with the basket like advertised in the photo of the ad " the same as my own ".

I ordered an 8" and a 10" pan on the same invoice. They were shipped separately.
The 10" pan was sent by FedEx. The 8" pan was shipped by UPS, but delivered by USPS.
When the 10" pan arrived the first thing I cooked after seasoning the pan as suggested was fried eggs. They stuck so bad I couldn't flip them.
I contacted GraniteStone customer service. I was told they would send out a replacement pan.
They never did. They also stated they had no record of my ordering the 8" pan. I told them I had a UPS tracking number. They told me they don't ship by UPS, so I couldn't have purchased the pan from them.
I told them both pans were ordered at the same time and were both on the same invoice. They insisted that couldn't be.
I filled out a warranty claim including photos of the stuck on eggs, my order number and my information. Their response was a link to their warranty claim form stating I needed to provide my order number, images of the issue and my personal information. At the bottom of that e-mail the two images I included in the first form were attached.
After that I received a notice stating that they hadn't heard back from me providing the information they had requested, so the claim would be considered satisfied and closed in 48 hours.
I responded and restated my claim. They have not responded.
I found a refund request form on their website, which I filled out. I haven't gotten a response.
I contacted them through their FaceBook page. I haven't received a response.

I still have not received my order. I called and filed a complaint three weeks ago. They said the remaining of my cookware would be here still have not received it.

I’ve had to learn the hard way anything that’s advertised on Facebook is a scam. I’ve ordered a couple of things I never got.
I had to go to the bank and get my money back their crooks and Facebook. Let them get away with it.
I guess they pay big money to Facebook to put their garbage on there. But just a little warning please don’t order stuff from Facebook you’re either not gonna get good stuff or you’re not gonna get it at all and there’s nobody to call to straighten out the mess.
